Refund policy for ESTA:

A full refund is only applicable when your application has been rejected by the US CBP Department of Homeland security. However, when the application is not processed and you wish to cancel it, there will be a cancellation charge of 14.00 USD per application. Once you have submitted the application with us it is assumed and agreed that we may immediately start the document authorization processing.

By using our services and website, You agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless immigration4us.com including our agents, employees, and shareholders harmless and waive the right to pursue litigation from troubles that may arise as a result from the misuse or abuse of our site.
